Cancellation policy
No Show Policy:
No show are guests if not calling to cancel and not arrive. We do Not issue any refunds or Rain checks when this happens.
Cancellation Policy:
-A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking date.
-If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the check in date: 2 options: 1. Refund less 30% less 3.5% credit card fee or a rain check will be issued for the stay good for one year of the cancellation date.
-If the reservation is made within 2 weeks of the arrival date, only a rain check will be issued, good one year from the cancellation date.
-No Shows or cancellations within 48hrs prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund or rain check.
-Check in late or check out early, no refund no rain check.
Pet policy
Pets are welcome, however, they must be kept on leashes at all times (6 foot maximum length). No cable runners or tie ups between trees. Please do not leave your pets unattended. No excessive barking (respect your neighbors). Pick up any dog waste immediately. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or bathrooms due to health codes.
